Mike Waltz

Mike Walz

If I’m not with my beautiful wife and dog, you can find me out on the golf course enjoying the day. I started in the business back in 2000 as a warehouse worker, then an installer and now a service technician. I take pride in every service call or install I’ve done over the years . I like to share my knowledge and experiences with my coworkers.
Jeremy
Commercial Technician Apprentice

Jeremy Scalia

My name is Jeremy, and I come from a small-town background that instilled in me the importance of integrity, respect, hard work, and taking pride in earning everything I achieve. I am constantly striving to become the best version of myself, both personally and professionally.

I thrive in high-pressure environments, a trait shaped by my extensive background in sports. My experience includes not only competing at a high level but also coaching, with exposure to playoff and championship-level competition. These experiences have taught me discipline, focus, leadership, and the ability to perform when it matters most. I carry that same mindset into everything I do, always aiming for excellence.

One of my long-term goals is to serve and support people who genuinely need help. I have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working with measurements, balance, and precision. While I joke that I’m full of “useless knowledge,” I’ve found that this broad base of information often proves valuable in problem-solving and everyday conversations.

I’m a small town kid who is always trying to find a way to become the best person I can be at all times, I was raised to be honorable, respectful, earn everything, and take pride in the things that need to be done. I love high pressure situations… it may seem a little odd but that comes from my background in sports that extends from not only just playing but coaching as well; this comes from playing in high stakes games such as playoff and championship games. I strive to be the best in whatever I do.

A dream of mine has honestly to be able to help and serve the people that truly need it. There’s always been the little things that I like to lock in on, such as like measurements, balances, sizing… etc etc. My pops always tells me I’m full of useless knowledge but that useless knowledge comes in handy in everyday conversations.
